Embassy Suites Grand Rapids is located at the north end of downtown Grand Rapids, across a park from the Grand River. Numerous dining options are within a five-minute walk. It’s half a mile to DeVos Place while Van Andel Arena and the Grand Rapids Public Museum are a mile away. These sites can be reach either by foot or by the no-charge DASH bus system. Enjoy free cooked-to-order breakfast and Evening Reception. Swim in our Michigan-shaped indoor pool.

Traveling to Grand Rapids

 Airline Travel – Grand Rapids is served by the Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) located about 13 miles southeast of the conference hotel. The airport is served primarily by Allegiant, Delta, and United with other carriers available. Ride share services and rental car facilities are also available at the airport.

The Rapid bus system route 27 serves the airport to Woodland Mall where transfer to route 5 to downtown connects. Ride share services and rental car facilities are also available at the airport.

Rail Travel – Amtrak’s Vernon J. Ehler Station is south of The Rapid Central Station and is served by Amtrak Pere Marquette from Chicago’s Union Station. The Rapid bus system route 11 connects to the Downtown Area Shuttle (DASH).

Traveling in Downtown Grand Rapids

Downtown Area Shuttle (DASH) – The Rapid bus system operates two bus routes on behalf of the City of Grand Rapids, called Downtown Area Shuttle, or DASH. The routes are free to all passengers, operating every eight minutes, seven days a week. There is a stop directly in front of the conference hotel.
