Thanks to all the members who participated in the online membership survey sent to all members in the early summer of 2018. In all, 285 members responded — a roughly 30% response rate, which is actually reasonably good for a voluntary survey — and we have a very good snapshot of the membership’s feelings and concerns.

In the winter semester of 2019, we plan to run a followup marketing survey run by the Michigan Technological University School of Business. More information to follow on that shortly.
