2026 Student Travel Scholarship Application
Deadline for applications is March 31, 2026
The Society for Industrial Archeology awards travel scholarships to full-time students and professionals with fewer than three years of full-time experience. The scholarship stipends are intended to help students offset expenses associated with attending SIA events (e.g., airfare, hotel, registration, etc.). To be eligible for a scholarship, the applicant must become an SIA member in good standing. Student memberships are available for $20/year.
Applications for Travel Scholarships should consist of 1) a letter demonstrating a commitment to IA from the applicant and 2) a letter of reference from a faculty member or an individual active in the SIA.
